FAQ

Do you work with all hair types and textures?

Yes! Our stylists are experienced with every texture—from fine to coarse, straight to coily, and everything in between. We customize techniques to enhance your natural hair and achieve your desired style.

What ages do you serve?

We welcome clients of all ages, from children to seniors. Our salon is a space where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of age or style preference.

What styles do you specialize in?

Our team is skilled in both modern trends—like balayage, vivid colors, precision fades, and textured cuts—along with classic styles such as timeless bobs, traditional barbering, and elegant updos.

Do you offer gender-neutral services?

Yes. We believe hair has no gender, and our services are designed for all people. Pricing is based on time and technique—not gender.

Do you do creative and fantasy colors?

Absolutely! We love working with bold, vibrant, and imaginative shades as well as natural, lived-in colors. Every color service includes a consultation to ensure the best results for your hair’s health and your vision.

Do I need a consultation before booking?

For major changes—like fantasy colors, color corrections, or extensions—we do require a consultation. This ensures we understand your goals and create a personalized plan.

Can I book online?

Yes! Appointments can be booked easily online. Some services, like big transformations, may require calling the salon to ensure the right amount of time is reserved.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our artistry. If you follow the recommended at-home care and maintenance, we guarantee your results.

Up-Do Styling Policy

To ensure your up-do looks flawless and lasts throughout your event, please review the following guidelines before your appointment. Preparation is key!

  • Trial Appointments (Highly Recommended). We strongly encourage booking a trial appointment before your special event. This allows your stylist to:
    • Understand your vision and preferences
    • Assess your hair type and texture
    • Provide personalized prep instructions
    • If you’ve had a trial, please follow your stylist’s instructions carefully for the best results.

What to Wear

Please arrive wearing a wide-neck top, button-down shirt, or zip-up jacket — anything that can be removed easily without disturbing your finished hairstyle.

Hair Prep Guidelines

Whether or not you’ve had a trial, please follow these important instructions:

  • Arrive with clean, fully dried hair — we do not offer blow-drying unless pre-booked.
  • Do not use a flat iron or curling iron before your appointment.
  • Avoid heavy leave-in products, oils, or styling sprays.
  • Use minimal conditioner, applied only to the ends if needed.

Not sure when to wash?

  • If your hair gets oily quickly → Wash the day before.
  • If your hair holds better when not freshly washed → Wash two days before.
  • Curly Hair Clients: If you have naturally curly or textured hair, we strongly recommend a trial or consultation to ensure your hair is properly prepped for your up-do. Every curl pattern is unique and may require customized care.

Extras & Tips

  • Arrive on time so we have the full appointment window to style your hair.
  • Bring inspiration photos to help communicate your desired look.
  • Accessories & Extensions: Please bring any clip-ins, veils, or decorative pins to both your trial and final appointment.
  • Allergies or sensitivities? Let your stylist know in advance so we can accommodate you.
  • Please Note: Failure to follow these prep instructions may result in:
    • Additional styling time
    • Style limitations
    • The need to reschedule your appointment
